Is it really that bad? They reduce your char level after 3 hours and to lowest level at 5 hours. But do you really want to play that long? This could be a good thing. What if they have 2 accounts though? LOL

I hate to see this, but i don't think the issue with China is about game addiction; it is about their government. They are the only civilised country that is moving away from, not towards, democracy. I am Chinese myself and am quite disappointed at the way the country is run.
(I don't live there though.)
Edit: If you live in China, make sure you don't complain about your country too publicly. Remember... its...not...a...democracy...there....

Isn't this what they were talking about implementing for WoW a long time ago, to prevent the hardcore player from being way ahead of the casual player? And if this is true, I haven't heard of any changes for the Chinese Lineage2.

So you think a country can't be run well unless it's a democracy? Hmmmm. It's only the most successful communist country in history.

Its not a communist country by any stretch of the imagination. Oh and why do people almost separate democracy and communist as two mutually exclusive types of government? If you look at it closely, they are quite synonymous.

Last I checked the Peoples Republic of China has been led by the Chinese Communist Party since 1949. China is also ruled under a one party authoritarian goverment. Mao Zedong anyone?

Communism - A concept or system of society in which the collective community shares ownership in resources and the means of production. In theory, such societies provide for equal sharing of all work, according to ability, and all benefits, according to need.
There are billionaires and very poor, rural peasants in China. I would say it is communist in terms of political structure but hardly in economical terms.

This topic would be nonexistant if someone had bothered to sift through it; the device mentioned is optional. If that sounds commi' to you, think about the V-chips that are inside every new TV in our homeland. Referencing China by it's far-from-perfect government is like referencing the US by Compton, Los Angles, and George Bush. Bashing China's government is being single minded and not realizing that the most notorious views the Chinese have are the only views they have. There aren't many true communist aspects in China any longer, the title remains little more than a title: Chairmen are now elected by the people, China's even been renamed "The Republic of...", and there is most definately no equality from all via wealth, which was the main purpose of Communism. There was never any equality in America reguarding money either.
